• Shipping charges will be applied based on the total amount of sale, and destination.  We will select the best available shipping method at a time.  
• Orders will be shipped in two business days (Mon – Fri) excluding holidays.
• Please note that we can not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.
• You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped.

• Import Duty and taxes are customer's responsibility.  We do not charge you in advance for the duty and taxes.
• In order to process our shipping transactions in most accurate manner, BrandsWalk reserves the right to request for an identity verification via fax. If we do not receive a verification of identity via fax within 3 days of our request, the order will be cancelled.

Countries We Ship To

• BrandsWalk gladly accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.  
• The return item must be delivered back to us within 30 days of the delivery date. 
• All film type screen/cell phone protectors including the screen guard for iPhone 4 are not eligible for the return.
• Please make sure to request for RMA # before you prepare for the return.  
• You may click on "Request RMA" link. Follow the appropriate instructions on pages to obtain the RMA #.
• Print your RMA form and include it in the return package.
• Returns are only accepted when a return item is in original, unused, unwashed condition with the original packaging and tags (tags will apply to selected items) attached.  
• Return your package with a tracking number for your own protection.
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
• If a return item is not in original condition without tags attached, 25% of purchase price will be charged as a restocking fee.
• When returing item(s) is not due to our error, a buyer will be responsible for original shipping & handling cost even if it was a free shipping.
